100g Unsalted Butter
50g Caster Sugar
150g Self Raising Flour
25g Cocoa Powder
Splash of Milk
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
In a bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix. Add a splash of milk to form a dough.
Flour your hands and roll the dough into small spheres. Transfer to the baking tray and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 10mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
