Cocoa Fork Cookies



Ingredients

100g Unsalted Butter

50g Caster Sugar

150g Self Raising Flour

25g Cocoa Powder

Splash of Milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix. Add a splash of milk to form a dough.

  4. Flour your hands and roll the dough into small spheres. Transfer to the baking tray and flatten slightly with a fork.

  5. Bake for 10mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
